Gentlemen, (or ladies), what do you look for in a new home? Perhaps I can make a few suggestions.
Firstly location. Ideally it must be near to a motorway network- in this case Juntion 2 of the M5, and so offering easy access to the North, South, airports etc. In addition, nearby road access to the city centre and also two local railway stations are a bonus. The adjoining main road also offers easy public transport and taxi journeys if necessary.
The property itself?- very spacious, light and airy with a real wow factor. Although so close to the city, it has wonderful views across the golf course and so is very quiet and not affected by major traffic noise. Large rooms with huge windows, take every advantage of the views and of course the sunshine. The property is completely refurbished. New wiring, plumbing, kitchen and bathrooms mean no DIY- there is nothing to do! The position is ideal for commuters, with the motorway just 1 mile away and it is also a good investment property- tenants love the space, location & easy road & rail access - a great "Buy to Let" if you move on.
